Really good roadmap of Germany from OSM data
This map is being created using data from the OpenStreetMap Project. The map is extremely detailed and covers basically every street and village. The map is always up to date as it is being updated weekly(!) There is a good manual on the site on how to integrate the map into Mapsource and/or or Garmin GPS unit. Besides maps from Germany also maps using the same data are available for Europe and the whole world.
