On this site you can download a map with the major roads of Madeira. This map is only good to get a general overview as there is not too much information in the map. You can download the map as .zip file which includes all necessary data to integrate it into mapsource and to upload it to your Garmin GPS device from there or to manually upload it to your GPS device.
