This map of South Korea you can find in Mapcenter which is a really nice big database with alomst 2000 maps of more than 130 countries. The quality of the maps differs from extremely good to rather basic. Usually the maps can be downloaded as .img file which you can send directly to you Garmin GPS device. You can also download an .exe file which automatically integrates the map into Mapsource.

Yes, exactly, that's why we have a warning on the front page saying that mapcenter is down but we're hoping that it will be repaired soon.
